Mexican Macaroni Salad


This Mexican Macaroni Salad recipe is a very versatile summer salad perfect for picnics and barbecues. I love serving it at family BBQ's as a side dish.

Ingredients
Vegetarian, Gluten free
Produce
15 oz 1 can black beans
2 Beefsteak tomatoes, large
1 cup Corn, frozen
1 clove Garlic
1 Green onions or chives
1/4 cup Red onions
Condiments
1/2 cup Black olives
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Salsa
1 Dash Tabasco sauce
Baking & spices
2 Salt pepper
Dairy
1/2 cup Sour cream
Liquids
1 lbs Macaroni (cooked, drained and quickly rinsed with cold water)
