Beef and Gnocchi Soup


A warming and delicious chunky soup worthy of an entire meal. Serve with crusty bread to sop up all the delicious broth

Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs Beef chuck, boneless roast

1/4 cup Parsley, fresh leaves
1 cup Peas, frozen
1 tbsp Thyme, fresh leaves

4 cups Beef broth, low-sodium
2 tbsp Tomato paste
Condiments
1 tsp Soy sauce
Pasta & grains
1 lb Potato gnocchi
Baking & spices
1 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 Salt and pepper
Oils & vinegars
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Beer, wine & spirits
1/2 cup Red wine
Liquids
1 cup Water
